We try and process our orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your goodies sooner rather than later!
- Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm EST will ship out the same day.
- Orders received after 1pm EST on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends)
PLEASE NOTE: the day the order is shipped is not included in the transit time (e.g., UPS 3-day orders placed on Saturday will not ship until Monday and will arrive on Thursday).
For International orders & outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, PO BOX or any APO/FPO addresses) ship in 1 to 3 business days and could take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All of our orders are fully trackable through UPS and the US Postal Service.
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS (Quantum View Notify) with your tracking number.
- To track your order, just follow the link provided in the email. You can also enter your reference number here and UPS will show your package's progress.
- If, after tracking your package at UPS, you still require assistance, please feel free to email us at info@fredflare.com with any questions regarding your order.
- Limited tracking is available for orders shipped via USPS. You can go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number into the space provided.
PREORDER POLICIES
PREORDERED ITEMS ONLY
Only ordered items on Preorder? Here's what you need to know:
- Dates listed on PREORDERED items are the estimated ship dates and are subject to change without notice.
- If you purchased one or more PREORDERED item in a single order, including the same item in different styles and/or sizes, they will ALL ship separately upon arrival for the reduced preorder shipping price of $5.95 each item via GROUND shipping ONLY.
- All PREORDERS are charged to your credit card at the time of purchase and you will receive a confirmation email with your order info.
- These policies apply to Continental US customers only. International, APO and PO BOX orders will ship once all PREORDERED items arrive.
IN-STOCK ITEMS + PREORDERED ITEM

- In-stock items will ship immediately & are available for expedited shipping.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP PREORDERS

- In-Stock items will be available for pick-up after 3PM on the following business day. Once your PREORDERED item is in-stock, you will be notified via email that the item is available for pick-up.
INTERNATIONAL PREORDERS
International customers can preorder too!
- If you are an International customer and your order contains PREORDERED items, your in-stock items will be held and shipped once all PREORDERED items have arrived.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on great customer service and want all of our customers to be super pleased with their items! If for any reason you would like to return an item, all you have to do is follow the steps below!
- All returns must be received within 30 days of order delivery date.
- All returns must include original packaging.
- Returns received after 30 days of order arrival are issued a store credit.
- SALE and SPECIAL items or items are issued an exchange or store credit only.
- All items purchased using a DISCOUNT CODE towards merchandise (i.e. 40% off your order) are issued an exchange or store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All undergarments and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping & handling and gift wrap on returned merchandise are non-refundable.
- For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store credit will be issued for the full amount.
- For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for in-house processing on all returns and exchanges.
- All goods must be returned with original packaging, in perfect unused condition. Otherwise a fee of 15% will be deducted from your return.

- Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.

PICK UP ORDER
Live in the NYC area and want to save on shipping? All you have to do is select "WAREHOUSE PICK-UP" at checkout! Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- All pick-up orders are ready for pick up by 3pm the following business day.
- If your order is not picked up withing 14 business days of the order date, the order will be canceled and your credit card will be refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee. Gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
- We are located at 300 Kingsland Ave, Suite F, Brooklyn NY 11222 (between Nassau Ave. and Norman Ave.). Our warehouse is open M-F 9am to 6pm EST. See below map for directions.

Placing an order and having trouble entering a discount code? Here's all you need to know regarding our discount codes:
- For discount codes that require a minimum purchase amount (e.g. "Free shipping over $50"), your ITEM total must be above the required amount in order for the offer to be applied.
- Order minimums do NOT include tax, shipping & handling or gift-wrapping costs.
- We do not offer additional discounts on SALE, SPECIAL or PREORDERED merchandise.
- Only one discount code may be applied to an order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Did you purchase an item for full price right before it went on sale? You may be entitled to a price adjustment!
- Price adjustments can be made for an item that has been decreased from its original price and has gone on SALE within 14 days of purchase.
- All price adjustments are made in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Adjustments can be made only ONCE from the original price.
- Price adjustments are not valid on items already on SALE / SPECIAL, previously marked down items or items purchased using a discount code.
- Price adjustments will not be made for discount codes or store wide sales; there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Want to shop with us internationally? No problem at all! Here's what you need to know before placing your order:
- We ship internationally via United States Postal Service Express Mail.
- Shipping fees are charged according to location and weight of your order. (Click on your country below to estimate your shipping cost).
- International customers should allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on destination, customs and in-country mailing service.
- The weight limit for international orders is 40lbs; if your order is over 40lbs, you will be prompted to remove items from your cart.
- If your billing address does not match the address on your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please double check your billing / shipping info before submitting your order!

TRACKING INTERNATIONAL ORDERSOnce your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can go to

GREEN SCENE
Everyday we try our very best to make sure we are as eco-friendly as we can be! Here’s a list of a few green things we do, but we are always looking for suggestions. If you have any green tips please email us at

• The boxes we use contain recycled material (liner: 20-30%, flute: 100%) and is 100% recyclable. That means you can put them in with your paper recycling.
• The bubble wrap is (minimum) 10% post-consumer content and (minimum) 20% recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable. You can put the bubble wrap in with your plastics recycling.
• We separate our paper and our cardboard products from our other trash. (Our waste company separates the rest!)
• Our
Staples brand paper contains at least 30% post consumer waste and is 100% recyclable
• The Staples
InkDrop service allows for us to mail in our empty ink cartridges to be recycled or reused FREE OF CHARGE!
• All empty
HP LaserJet ink cartridges and hardware can be shipped for free to HP for recycling. (All HP cartridges are made from 100% recycled plastic)
• We only use
Ecobulbs. They are compact fluorescent bulbs that help reduce carbon dioxide (global warming), sulfur dioxide (acid rain), the demand on landfills, and help save energy.
• All of our desks are equipped with
Homasote boards, which are 100% recycled and recyclable.
• Any and all items that are not in use any more, (ACs, printers, etc.) are sent back to the manufacturer for recycling or picked up by the city to be recycled.
• All orders are shipped through UPS. They are the top shipping company in
E-Waste Recycling.
• We always use as little energy in the office as possible by turning off heat or ACs when they aren’t needed and keeping as few lights on as possible.
